That’s a TOR OC request for ~Alastoor. I draw this pic to consolidate the experience of previous works on some more difficult and unusual example and also to train my speed. And find this character interesting and appropriate for these purposes.

That is a very young (18-years old) Jedi knight Alraen on Alderaan. As you can see, armor and lightsaber were made in more realistic then in-game style. Just like in cinematic trailers. It was very interesting and successful to tune and use my brushes for metal armor. But I also used them for background and they made it looks like some landscape concept drawing that I always wanted to try but didn’t know how. Also it was hard to create this Final Fantasy hairstyle (it makes the character’s face looks anime, I think).

Good stuff, the lighting looks great. Background gives a good sense of depth.

Personally, I think he's got a bit TOO much armor for a Jedi- he can saber-block or dodge most blaster bolts, and an enemy saber won't likely even flinch at composite plating- just ask a stormtrooper. I'd trade the deadweight for speed and flexibility.

TOR will break all canonical rules about Force-users. Consulars are trained in Force tricks instead of lightsaber combat meanwhile they used the most difficult double-handed lightsaber and Jedi Knights - masters of combat - can't use it.

Grrr... I want old-school Galaxies back. Could mix'n'match from dozens of skill sets, with no race restrictions- almost every character was unique. Then the NGE came out with its nine lame cookie-cutter classes, despite a vast majority of players being against the changes.

Sony at least had the neutral option- you could say to hell with the Rebels and Imps and work for smaller factions like the Hutts or CorSec, for example, or just be a freelancer/entrepreneur. Lookin' like TOR won't have anything like that...
